Happy to share we were featured in the Vancouver Sun a few weeks ago for our work on our Marinaside Crescent renovation project.

We are very excited to share a renovation project that was recently completed in the North Vancouver woods alongside the spectacular Scott Hanson of Hanson Homes. We were brought in to reimagine the kitchen and bathrooms, and honour the homeowner's love of personality, warmth, and bold design. We are happy to announce we are a 2026 Maverick Awards finalist - niche awards profiling Canadian trailblazers in sustainable building. We have been nominated for 'Phoenix House' alongside Best Builders, Nick Bray Architecture and Carbon Wise.

We are pleased to announce we have been nominated as a finalist for "Behind the Scenes", a renovation project we worked on with Best Builders Ltd. and AI Technology and Design for the 2026 Homebuilders Association Vancouver - HAVAN Havan Awards for Housing Excellence! We are nominated in 3 different categories:

1. Best Kitchen Renovation - $150,000 – UNDER $175,000
2. Best Character Home Renovation
3. Best Renovation - $1 MILLION – UNDER $1.5 MILLION

We are very happy to share we have been chosen as a finalist alongside Best Builders and AI Technology & Design in the category “Best Single-Family Residential Renovation $750,000 - $1,500,000” for the 2026 Georgie Awards.

Our collaborative effort on “Behind the Scenes” - a renovation project of a modest Vancouver bungalow to a Japanese-inspired living space - balances simplicity, natural materials and understated elegance for this functional family home.

From furnishing a 10,000 sq. ft. home to orchestrating a vibrant partial renovation, Our West Vancouver project evolved into an entertainment haven—youthful, bright, and perfectly balanced between feminine and masculine energy. We had so much fun working on this one!

A former dining nook became a coffee shop-inspired bar, pink-and-white marble, and curving oak features corners. The vast entry gained purpose with a round bench centered under a blooming cherry tree—welcoming guests and anchoring the space.

Downstairs, the bold lower bar features patterned oak floors, deep green marble, black-and-gold accents, and a one-of-a-kind gold chain canopy. Fully equipped for epic hosting, it boasts beverage fridges, an ice maker, custom shelving, and a dramatic bottle display.
