Her thoughtful approach helps ensure that students feel seen and volunteers feel supported in their roles.

Yihan has been a steady and dependable member of the System Support team, consistently contributing behind the scenes to help programs run smoothly. Vashna is a thoughtful and capable Regional Officer who plays an important leadership role in Learning Buddies Network’s recruitment efforts. As a leader within the Recruitment Engagement Team, she helps guide outreach initiatives, supports team members, and contributes to building a strong and welcoming volunteer community.
