📣 miniE is excited to announce as our Start Up and Pitching Workshop Speaker for this years iteration ‼️

Sabrina is a 2022 graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business and is building her career at the intersection of finance, investment, and entrepreneurship. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Scotiabank before moving into venture capital as a Growth Analyst at Point72 Private Investments, where she supported seed to Series C investments. While in venture, she served as Healthcare lead for the Emerging Venture Capital Association (EVCA). Most recently, she has co-founded a new stealth venture, where she’s applying her investing and operational experience to modernize how residential properties are managed.

Angela Kaiser is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and experienced corporate board director with nearly three decades of experience helping individuals and small businesses build financial confidence and long-term stability. A graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, Angela has operated her own public accounting practice since 1998, providing personalized support across bookkeeping, tax planning, financial statements, and small business consulting. Beyond her professional practice, she has held senior governance roles across multiple organizations, including serving as Finance Chair of E-Comm 9-1-1, Vice Chair of the Delta Police Board, and director roles with Central 1 Credit Union, where she chaired risk, investment, and governance committees. Deeply committed to financial education and community impact, Angela brings a practical, accessible approach to financial literacy—helping people understand how money works so they can make informed, confident decisions in both their personal and professional lives.

Farhan Shahriar is a product and digital marketer with hands-on experience building and scaling social media strategies across construction, telecommunications, and tech-driven organizations. Currently a Marketing Coordinator at Kindred Construction, Farhan has led data-driven content and partnership strategies that grew social media audiences by 2.5×, increased digital impressions by 37%, and improved overall campaign ROI by 25%. His background includes go-to-market and product marketing experience at TELUS, where he worked cross-functionally to optimize segmentation, messaging, and customer engagement using analytics and CRM tools. A Dean’s Honour Roll recipient and Product Manager Certified (PMC®) professional, Farhan brings a practical, results-focused approach to social media marketing—showing how creativity, consistency, and data come together to build brands that actually connect with people.
