Wild Run Print Co. is an artist-run, creative print studio in Vancouver, B.C and they use water based inks which are PVC, Phthalate, APEO and heavy metal free.

We are pleased to have join us for PRELUDE this coming weekend. Tyler is the creator behind Three Raccoons Studio and the master of and all things silkscreened. Make sure to stop by their set up and patch up for the summer.

We are hosting master painter for a Floral Painting workshop on Paper & Stoneware with on Saturday May 3 from 10 to 1pm.

We had a lovely visit with Krista in her studio and chatted over our love for mark making with ink on paper.

Workshop :

Krista will lead the workshop with painting techniques with watercolor on paper from fresh floral bouquets.

After floral exploration on paper, design and layout on a stoneware platter will follow and students will be guided to paint a floral composition in indigo onto the platter.

This platter will be glazed and fired and ready for pick up 2-3 weeks following. Shipping will be available.

Light refreshments will be served.

We are delighted to offer our third Tasting Experience celebrating the beautifully elusive citrus, Yuzu.

This yuzu tasting set will reawaken your taste buds from a long, winter hiatus and you will experience a range of textures & sensations from chewy tart confections to warm, tropical tea.

This menu serves one and includes three locally based, woman creatives coming together to offer one incredible tasting experience:

Menu ( designed for one individual serving ) :

Yuzu confection ( golden, chewy candy ) /

70% Peruvian Awajún dark w/chewy candied Yuzu ( vegan & GF ) /

Checkerboard sablé with spiced candied yuzu and freeze-dried strawberries, jasmine matcha & toasted rice flakes, kinako and turbinado sugar crust /

Brûlée Brown Butter Mochi with yuzu dust /

Wai'anae Coast, Hawaiian honey infused with fresh yuzu tea

Ceramic mini scallop dish ( for yours to keep and use ) by

Tea :

Each set will be paired with a Yuzu Honey tea with your tasting experience. It acts as a palate cleanser and enhancer. This warm tea is bright, slightly sour with slight floral notes.

The honey was sourced from small family farm on the Wai'anae Coast in Oahu, Hawaii. The honeybees forage on tropical blossoms, fruit trees & seasonal crops adding another level of depth to this whole tasting experience.

Happy 2025 & lunar new year, friends ! We took January off to regroup & rejuvenate after a busy winter season.

We are launching a new Tasting Menu series - hosted by + - highlighting seasonal ingredients in some sweet & savoury ways. And of course, we will be featuring local chefs, chocolatiers and farmers and their creations to each menu.

We are beginning our Tasting Menu highlighting the most brightest of citrus, Yuzu.

Each item on the menu has an element of fresh, ripe yuzu bringing you the brilliance of its flavours.

Out Of The Woods Woodcraft produces high quality handcrafted wooden items for the home. They make bowls, pepper & salt grinders, cutting boards, rolling pins, candle holders & more. Their aim is to make functional items that look beautiful. They strive to keep forms clean & simple & let the beauty of the wood show. Everything is made in Vancouver using wood salvaged from urban trees that have blown over in storms. Nature takes decades to grow & create beautiful patterns & features in the wood & our goal is to let this shine through in the final piece.

Creating something out of chocolate its fulfilling in a sense that, although it can be beautiful, it is, like most things in life, fleeting. you need to take that beauty. break it up enjoy. so the process is forever moving forward. if you are continuously inspired by what surrounds you. there is no stagnancy.

which also includes responsibility in Environmental and social impact. by collaborating with other Vancouver based makers, growers, roasters and brewers. We are supporting the community in which we are growing, one that has given us the ability to build MELT from a concept to its current form.
