What a year it’s been ✨ As we wrap up 2025, we’re reflecting on the progress across our communities.

At Fairwinds, the year brought major transformation, from completing the marina replacement, to expanding our vacation rental offerings, opening the Fairwinds Real Estate Discovery Centre, and launching sales at Gracewood, the first new home lots at Fairwinds in over a decade.

Progress continued at The Beachlands, with the opening of our 15,000 sq. ft. Experience Centre, the launch of Origin, and the advancement of single-family lots and The Beachlands Park, including the return of the iconic driftwood mammoth sculptures.

At Vista Point, construction of The Ridge was completed this fall, and homeowners have begun settling into this exceptional mountainside community.

The recent snowfall hasn’t stopped our Fairwinds Marina crews from making great progress on construction. Phase 2 is almost complete and we’re moving on to phase 3!

Exciting progress at The Beachlands this week! Exterior glazing is now complete, making the interior spaces watertight. This milestone allows more team members to focus on building out the interior of our Experience Centre. We can’t wait to share more details as this space takes shape.

Phase 2 of our marina replacement project is well underway at Fairwinds, bringing exciting upgrades for a safer, more accessible marina. Featuring new concrete docks, water and metered power at every slip, and a 4-meter-wide publicly accessible walkway, our new marina will exceed industry standards on Vancouver Island.
