Our Dosanko style curry making is started with making Tonkatsu sauce. You get the flavorful pulp then add a bunch of spices, onions and ground pork with chicken bone broth, adding chef’s love. We serve with a sizzling iron bowl with melted mozzarella cheese on top. Enjoy!
