Limited Release x 2! We have a very small amount of two special coffees, and they’re both available now in Strathcona at the roastery. They might be making an appearance in Mount Pleasant and online, but only if they don’t disappear too fast.
Madagascar Soavinandriana: It’s a beautiful washed coffee that gives us a chance to taste clearly the terroir from this unusual origin. It’s the first coffee we’ve ever served from Madagascar, so it’s a rare opportunity to taste this one! Expect a sparklingly clean cup with herbal/floral lemongrass along with soft stone fruit and honeyed sweetness.
Ecuador La Papaya (Washed Typica Mejorado). This variety was thought to be a standard typica variety until recently it was found to be more genetically similar to indigenous Ethiopian varieties much like Gesha. In the cup, it features a delicate floral bouquet reinforced by juicy sweet fruits like peach and apple.

Obsessive QC. We’re always tasting our coffees to check our roast profiles and to see how the coffees are changing over time.
Most green coffee is a living seed that is sensitive to the effects of time, moisture, and oxygen exposure, and the roasting requirements for each coffee can change over time. We’re always listening to our coffees to hear what they want to taste like and how they want to be roasted.

1. Brazil Fazenda Jaguara (Natural Anaerobic, COE submission). Tastes like juicy peach, green apple and rooibos tea.
2. Peru Bosque (Natural Anaerobic Gesha): complex and lush with notes of passion fruit, hibiscus, and honeysuckle.
3. Colombia Bohemia (Washed Gesha): layers on layers of fruits and florals like earl grey, apple, and strawberry lemonade.
