Both my Witcher and Mini-Witcher costumes were made primarily of leather and supplies from Lonsdale Leather and were so much fun to make! Halloween's the perfect time to monster slay!

Now officially , so another fun post showing my geekiness allll the way back in the 90s. My mom got me this shirt and it screamed TNG to me so naturally I wore my badge to school. Couples with the mullet, I definitely was scared any and all bullying.

Some awkward selfies to celebrate the 59th anniversary of the Premiere of the Original Series of Star Trek...2 days before the US even got it!

I wasn't into TOS as much as the later entries, but Trek will always hold a very special place in my life from costumes, props, magazine subscriptions, CPlus raffles and more. I always had pins to wear, tricorders to carry and figures to play with.

Happy to be just as big a Trekkie as anything else I love, and obviously a fan of the sciences.

Thank you first of all to for inviting me to be a guest and to judge the costume contest! It was such a fantastic experience!

Everyone who came to the booth to discuss costumes, video games, armour, and other fun things really kept the con going by so fast and fun!

Thank you to the organisers and for helping keep us going through Saturday especially! It was a long day of costume examination and deliberation but it was made super fun with and ! It was so fun learning all that we knew in different areas of everything.

Both of you and made our corner of the con truly the coolest place at the con. We had so many come and talk to all four of us and I really felt we were all just so amazing to hang out! I feel bad we missed most of Saturday due to the judging but the rest of the weekend was totally cool.

I wanted to shout out to everyone who entered into the contest and trusted in our judgments and selections! It's incredibly hard to judge such a WIDE array of costumes and honestly everyone did a beautiful job! I am seriously blown away by every costume, you all did a great job and made it really tough to judge. Many of you were an inspiration! Thank you for trusting us and coming to speak to us about your feedback!

Day 1 of is done and whew! Was so amazing to talk to so many. I imagine I won't have to fake the Geralt Voice Sunday!

I had many highlights talking to many costumers and amazing detail lovers, and our Panel was a HIT! So many came out, and if you were one of the audience, please let me know how it went for you!

Also I met a great Flash cosplayer who spent a LOT of time trying to match all the details of the Flash suits we made for the series. Seriously excellent attention to detail!

🚨 Costume Line Up Update

Last minute change for the weekend. Who ya gonna call...well a Time Lord! Fourteen will be replacing my Ghostbuster costume for a myriad of reasons, but will be just as fun!

Just a reminder about my panel on Friday at 4:45 and come see me at my booth all weekend aside from Judging duties, with some of my costumes and props on display.

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be a guest at Fan Expo Vancouver this year! I can’t wait to spend an epic weekend with all of you, sharing stories, insights, and plenty of fandom fun.

Here’s my costume line-up:

🎯 Friday – Green Arrow (Arrow, Season 8)
⚔️ Saturday – Geralt of Rivia in armor (The Witcher, Season 2)
👻 Sunday – Ghostbusters!

I’ll also be hosting a panel or two and might be helping out with the Craftsmanship Competition, in some way. Plus, I’ll be at my booth all weekend with some of my costumes and props on display. A little before Halloween, we suited up and went to Halloween Fest. We had trivia and a couple panels and fantastic vendors! We did Arrow, Doctor Who, Beetlejuice for the morning and then and I entered the costume contest that afternoon in our Mandalorian costumes. Felt so good to wear it again and we brought home second!
