Clarification: it is the "RAW" BC Harvested Oysters. Fully cooked and oysters harvested outside of BC is still good. For more information, please visit the Vancouver Coast Health Authorities' website.

Good day to all, we have just received words from the Vancouver Coastal Health Authorities NOT to sell BC Oysters due to concerns. Because we offer local products only, we will not be offering oysters until further notice.

Leontyne from Andrew Peller Wine's introduction to Howard Soon's wine (Calona Artist Series & Sandhill Small Lots).

Good day to everyone,

Executive Chef Kelly Yarrow and the Management Team would like to sincerely apologize for not having any Spot Prawns available tonight for the daily special. Especially, apology to one guest who was really looking forward to the feature.

Chef Kelly's mission and goal for the Weekly Feature (and future menus) are: "products have to be local, sustainable and seasonal".

The Spot Prawns were sourced from the "Daily Catch Seafood Company --- www.dailycatch.org" and on a daily basis during the feature (thus the limited quantity each day to ensure freshness). Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain more today because the prawns were on high demand and were sold-out. It is our oversight for not securing the Spot Prawns in advance.

The the Feature will be available tomorrow (Sunday) night.

Rest assure that we will be monitor the availability of the Feature ingredients in the future.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the situation and thank-you for your understanding.
