For Alterativ, 2021 was a year full of extremes. Ups and downs are part of doing business in a rapidly changing environment. Extreme cantilevers over the main floor create an extensive form which at the same time creates some shading for the main floor. The entrance is featured by walking up the stairs next to the water feature created at the edge of the infinity pool.

The contextual design aspect of “Forest Hill” showcased with the North Shore mountains in the background. A design in such a naturally rich environment should be inspired by the surrounding nature and seamlessly blend into it.
