Slo, a beautifully and thoughtfully designed coffee shop in Fraserhood and Downtown.

I appreciate their philosophy and the commitment to fostering community — from team-member crafted recipes to their recurring Slo Rise events.

Probably my favourite item on the menu is/was their Soy Taho Matcha, made with silken tofu, sago and arnibal, a brown sugar syrup.
