On designing Nora’s branding, in her own words:

A simple sans serif typeface is given an Art Nouveau nod with some custom details that help to play into the organic mood of the brand. Wallpaper style patterns and an earthy colour palette bring warmth, nature, and modernity to the development, while a botanical style Elm tree creates a sense of place for these special townhomes.

Growing up in a family known for building, Hans is adept at the process, and brings his years of knowledge and integrity to all that he does. Honing his development skills managing over a dozen different real estate projects and working for some of Vancouver’s most reputable developers, he is always willing to go the extra mile.
