Last week, 200 business leaders gathered in Vancouver for Building Menopause-Inclusive Workplaces, presented by TELUS Health .
The energy in the room was powerful; leaders leaning in, listening deeply, and recognizing that supporting women through menopause isn’t just a health issue. It’s a leadership opportunity.
Together, we explored what it means to build truly inclusive workplaces: spaces where women can lead and grow through every life stage. From fertility and maternity leave to motherhood and menopause.
We’re deeply grateful to our brilliant panelists, Dr. Lori Brotto , Dr. Maryam Zeineddin , and Suzanne Trusdale , for sharing their expertise and vulnerability, and to every attendee who showed up ready to learn, reflect, and lead differently.
This event marked a meaningful milestone for Maturn, as it has been four years since we set out to change how workplaces support women through key transitions. Seeing this conversation come alive in such an impactful way was both inspiring and affirming.
To everyone who joined us: thank you. The work of creating supportive, human-centered workplaces continues, and we’re just getting started.
