Connected Canadians / Canadiens Branchés We are a nonprofit organization that promotes digital literacy skills amongst seniors and older adults, by providing technology training and support. We believe that all people should be empowered to use technology safely and effectively, to engage with loved ones and enhance quality of life.
Here at the Valemount Learning Society, we help people improve their reading and writing. Here’s a little video about the importance of good reading and writing skills.

We're planning for the first Farmers' Market on June 11th!
If you are interested in the Nutrition Coupon Program, we'll let folks know once our funding is confirmed. If you were in the program or on the wait list last year, we have you on the list!

Join CBAL and Valemount Learning Society on Wednesday, March 4th from 10-12:00 in the basement of the Valemount Public Library.
Song Bingo is the morning’s activity. Using names of songs from the 70’s and 80’s, instead of numbers, this unique activity will sure to bring back memories.
Prizes, tea, coffee and snacks are included.
Registration is NOT required.

Registration is required for next week’s, Winter Connections for Seniors activity, Spring Flower Painting Class.

This week's Winter Connections for Seniors is Nostalgia Lab.
Join us on Wednesday, Feb. 18th from 10-12 in the basement of the Valemount Public Library for some reminiscing, journaling, snacks, tea and coffee. Feel free to bring a friend.
No need to register.
