Had this Polaris come in for a vibration while riding, after a quick inspection and taking of the side panels I notice that the secondary clutch was wobbly. Pulled the clutch aswell as the chain case and the jack shaft bearings were obliterated!

Got this trailer fixed up for this customer with some new hangers and new bushings and pins. Keep an eye on those undercarriages they take a s**t kicking!

Clutch Service done on this XMR 850, the one way bearings were almost dry and this bike only has 1,000km. Come get your clutches serviced!!!

Out with the old and in with the new.

No matter if you stay stock, add Aftermarket Tender Springs or even go with an Aftermarket Dual Rate Spring Kit, keep an eye on those Shock bodies!!!!

The plastic spring dividers riding up and down the shock bodies in the environment that our machines are driven in, tend to get mud and grit between the spring dividers and the shock bodies causing the bodies to get worn badly and eventually rupture.

We offer Supension Armor Stainless Steel Sleeves to combat the issue and save your expensive Shock Bodies. And possibly from a fire. The sleeve kits utilize a thick 22gage 304 Stainless Steel that you won't wear through!!!
