I’ve really been missing life drawing…found the opportunity to jump into a daytime session at Varley Art Gallery with the always wonderful Linda Kalianteris The Painting Greek!

More drawing than graphic work over the past few months... truthfully, I'm kind of ok with that. Zoom isn't a terrible substitute for drawing in studio and looks like it'll be the only option for some time. Here's a batch from several different sessions and models since beginning of 2021.

Quarantine continues in Ontario and now golf is off the table for a few weeks so... may as well post some recent work. These are paintings I did of my kids' & their spouses’ cats - 'Crowley' is all black and full of beans and 'Chester' is a gentle giant, Maine c**n tabby - two big boys with personalities to match ;-)

So pumped... 'Nomads' has been accepted into the Uxbridge Juried Art Show!

Here are a few progress pics of the first of three murals being painted at Markham Stouffville Hospital... this one will be a Canadian lakeside view. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

At print, at last! The books should be available to purchase anytime after August 1, 2017 at the Markham Museum.
