Working in Autodesk Revit, our team develops detailed 3D models that support design development, coordination, and visualization across disciplines. From the outset, architectural intent, structural requirements, and modular fabrication strategy are fully integrated into the design process. At ANC, modularization is not treated as an afterthought — we develop custom modular components that maintain both the aesthetics and functionality of the building without compromise.

Our fitters and welders play a critical role in delivering the precision and structural integrity behind every module and component we produce.

On ANC’s project for NAV CANADA Kingston, our team developed a fully customized modular building component system to accommodate large clear spans and high ceiling requirements within a highly technical aviation environment.

The solution combined engineered wall panels, roof assembly modules, and traditional volumetric modules, designed to work together as a coordinated hybrid structure. This approach allowed us to achieve the necessary openness and spatial flexibility while maintaining structural performance, precision, and build quality.

By tailoring the modular components specifically for the project’s requirements, we were able to deliver a highly efficient and purpose-built solution that meets both architectural intent and operational demands.

ANC thrives on delivering turnkey solutions, including on-site general contracting, while also valuing strong partnerships with leading contractors. On this project, ANC worked alongside Buttcon / Buttcon Modular, whose team prepared the site for the successful delivery and installation of our modular building system.

At ANC, our newly expanded fabrication shop is now fully operational and actively supporting multiple project streams across the business.

The expansion has strengthened our in-house capabilities, allowing our welding and fabrication teams to work more efficiently, improve workflow coordination, and increase production capacity for a growing range of structural and modular components. With additional equipment and a more optimized layout, we’re maintaining the same focus on precision and quality while scaling output to meet demand.

This investment reflects ANC’s continued commitment to building internal capacity, diversifying into new markets and supporting the skilled trades that drive our projects forward.

Today marks a milestone for the ANC team as the final module for the Ontario Power Generation Common Services Building project in Pickering ships from our facility in support of ongoing nuclear infrastructure upgrades.

This project has represented months of hard work, long hours, problem-solving, coordination, and craftsmanship from every corner of our operation. From design and detailing to welding and fitting, fabrication, finishing, logistics, and modular assembly, our team has poured an incredible amount of effort into every stage of this build — and today we celebrate seeing the final piece head to site.

Projects of this scale and complexity do not happen without the dedication of an outstanding team, and we could not be prouder of what has been accomplished together. Supporting critical infrastructure projects like this continues to showcase the strength of modular construction and the capabilities of ANC’s growing team and manufacturing operations.

to the Everlasting Tree School. Our in-house team led design, coordination, fabrication, and installation, working closely with Everlasting Tree School leadership and Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe educators to integrate the new modular addition with the existing school.

ANC's prefabricated building system enabled a precise, responsive, and efficient approach to a project with a tight timeline, during the summer months, while the school was closed. Site work began in June, with installation and occupancy complete at the beginning of September, just in time for the school year to begin. The Everlasting Tree School showcases efficiency without compromising quality or functionality and was awarded the Best Permanent Modular Institutional Build in the World in 2023.

At ANC, we’re making room for what’s next. A 40,000 sq. ft. expansion of our facility is underway, increasing our production space to 180,000 sq. ft., giving our team the space and capacity to take on more projects and bigger builds ahead.
