Taylor McArthur (Niná wašte šiyo poǧa hą́ska wíya/hummingbird woman) is a Nakoda digital artist from Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation. Her Digital Mural, “Where we meet, again,” is on display at RRC Polytech’s Exchange District Campus for the duration of Culture Days Manitoba.

“This permanent installation combines elements of the unseen, felt and 3D to define a dream-like space where time is not bound by one construct,” says McArthur.

The use of the Elgin Plaza space was intentional, meant as a meeting point and gathering area where viewers are invited to pause, reflect, and slow down.
