Most real estate agents think their website is the main thing Google cares about, but the truth is your entire digital footprint drives your visibility- your Google Business Profile, Instagram listings, YouTube tours, LinkedIn activity, Reddit conversations, and how you appear in search all work together to shape your authority.
When these channels are active, consistent, and aligned, you build trust faster and show up more often where buyers and sellers are looking.
If you want more leads without relying solely on your site, start strengthening the whole footprint that Google- and your clients- are already evaluating.

Real estate agents. Quick tip on headshots.
If your photo feels dated, stiff, or just not you anymore, you don’t automatically need a new shoot.
With the right AI prompt, you can turn a decent existing photo into a modern, professional, LinkedIn-ready headshot. The key is locking identity and avoiding that over-smoothed, obviously fake look.
I’ve been testing this across different tools and it’s surprisingly consistent when you’re specific.
I’m dropping the exact prompt I use in the comments.
Use it as-is. Upload a clean photo. Neutral lighting works best.
This is especially useful if your headshot shows up everywhere. MLS, Google, listing decks, email signatures, social profiles.
If you want variations tuned for listing signs, team pages, or a more casual brand vibe, say the word and I’ll share those too.

Claude just quietly changed the game.
They dropped “Co Work” , which means AI can now actually run tools, not just talk about them.
Yes, that includes Google Ads.
It can see your screen, click buttons, navigate interfaces, and log into Google Ads to do real work. Not theory. Not suggestions. Actual ex*****on.
Here’s what it can handle on its own:
• Pause underperforming ad sets
• Adjust budgets automatically
• Change bids
• Create new campaigns
• Update ad copy
• Pull performance reports
You literally tell it what you want, and it does it.
Example prompts you can give it:
“Pause any ad set with CPA over $50”
“Increase budget by 20% on campaigns with ROAS above 3”
“Find ad sets with zero conversions and pause them”
“Create a new search campaign for pre construction condos”
“Pull the last 7 days performance by ad set”
That’s it. No dashboards. No clicking around. No second guessing.
Before, AI gave advice and you did the work.
Now, AI does the work and you review.
For real estate agents running ads, this is basically a full time marketing assistant that never sleeps, never forgets, and doesn’t book meetings that could’ve been an email.
Costs a fraction of salary.
Curious how this changes the way agents run ads, or whether you’d trust it touching your ad account. 👀

Quick tip for realtors who want local pages to rank without overcomplicating SEO.
Here’s the problem 👇
Most agents do SEO like this. Write a blog, post it once, and hope Google notices. It usually doesn’t.
Here’s a simpler approach that works better.
1️⃣ Start with real research.
Before writing anything, pull real data. Local market stats, buyer search terms, builder pages, government info, and neighbourhood details. No guessing and no generic “top 5 tips” content.
2️⃣ Build the first draft with structure in mind.
One clear main topic, clean sections, and questions buyers and sellers actually ask. This helps Google understand the page and keeps humans reading.
3️⃣ Clean it up so it sounds human.
Tighten the opening, remove filler, sharpen each section. If it sounds robotic, it won’t convert.
4️⃣ Turn it into a proper landing page.
Not a random blog post. Clear headline, clear value, and one simple next step for the reader.
5️⃣ Publish once.
No endless tweaking. Get it live.
6️⃣ Reuse it everywhere.
That single page can turn into a blog post, Facebook post, email, and a short video script.
Why this works.
Most agent content disappears in 24 hours. A ranking page works for you every day.
