Settling into fall with some cozy 🍄 pattern design vibes!
-
I started with a rough sketch of this concept, then built it out in Illustrator using vectors. With the pattern tool, I turned it into a seamless repeating pattern and now we’ve got a playful mushroom design ready for cozy fall merch (imagine this on a knitted sweater 👀).

🧡🍂🍁Cozy season is here.

This beanie isn’t a full drop (yet), just a look at what I’ve been cooking up for fall merch prototypes. The cozy beany is just one example of a few fall merch concepts I plan to release this year. Seasonal merch like this piece is a great way to tap into your audience and get them supporting your brand. Stay tuned for more of our fall goodies coming your way.

Would you rock something like this for your own brand? 🍂 Comment your favorite color of this piece.

A lot of creative brand owners struggle to clearly express value to their audience. The truth is, your brand’s perceived value is built on four key elements:

1️⃣ Consistent Brand Visuals – A cohesive look builds trust. When your audience repeatedly sees your logo, colors, and style used consistently, it cements your identity in their minds as a trustworthy, high-value brand.

2️⃣ Relatable Personality – Your brand isn’t just graphics and garments—it’s a voice and vibe. A human, relatable personality makes people feel connected. Cold, robotic brands miss the chance to build real community.

3️⃣ Refined Brand Experience – Design and personality are powerful, but if the customer journey feels clunky, the value perception drops fast. Make interacting with your brand smooth, positive, and brag-worthy so your community is proud to share it.

4️⃣ Genuine Audience Match – Even with strong visuals and personality, if you’re speaking to the wrong people, the value won’t land. Matching your message to the right community ensures your audience sees your brand as meaningful to their lifestyle.

Creative merch brands aren’t just about clothes and printed goodies they are about building trust, connection, and a community that’s proud to support and buy what you create.

He’s just a chill guy 🍄👻 I designed this vibing mushroom ghost hoodie as a nod to the mysterious & playful side of nature. This lil guy is the perfect addition to a fall streetwear drop, blending cozy vibes with unique character art. If you are a streetwear owner I’m always happy to connect and share ideas, just shoot me a DM!

I had to check out Adobe Illustrators new turn table feature that just launched on the beta. After testing it out heres what I think… this s**t is crazy! Pretty mind blowing tool if I’m being honest. I can see a lot of potential for this when it comes to repurposing old designs by adding a new twist or angle to the existing art. I have already started searching my illustration library for pieces I can breathe new life into. The vectors are a little questionable in some areas but nothing a quick redraw wont fix.

This will be perfect for exploring new merch concepts and pushing artwork in directions that weren’t possible before.

If you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend checking it out!

The process behind the cover artwork created for the song Heart of David by . Watch this cover art come to life from rough sketch all the way to the finished design. It’s the same process I use when designing custom brands and custom merch: sketch - refine - polish. Keep an eye out for the song release tomorrow!

✏️✨Where the magic begins. I like to start out with sketching because the ideas just flow more naturally from head to hand. Once I knock out a page or two of logo or design drafts I choose the best out of them all to transfer over to digital and clean up. This the start of my creative process for most projects whether its branding, merch design or artwork for print.

Turning a retro Gameboy design into a functional merch piece for crewnecks and hoodies. The goal? Keep the nostalgic vibe alive while making it wearable for today’s streetwear scene.

By matching the original Gameboy color palette with carefully chosen garment colorways, I created a design that feels authentic, bold, and ready for to print for a merch drop. This a look into how we transform creative concepts into wearable merch.
