This coming week is Avery's final week at Spa City as she completes the last of her practicum hours. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has shared her schedule over the past three weeks and to everyone who has booked a massage. Your support has been incredible and has played an important role in helping Avery build her confidence and hands-on experience as she prepares to begin her career in massage therapy.

During her practicum, she will be taking appointments for relaxation massage at an introductory rate of $50/service. Services with Avery will not be submittable to extended health benefits but it’s a great opportunity to get a fantastic treatment while supporting an eager, growing therapist!

Meet Avery, a 19-year-old student massage therapist dedicated to serving her community of Unity, Saskatchewan. Fresh off completing her first year of massage therapy school, Avery is passionate about anatomy and helping others heal. Her practice focuses on reducing pain, relieving stress, improving mobility, and promoting essential self-care. Avery is excited to grow her career locally and looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Dear valued clients,

I am writing to share an important update regarding my practice. I need to take some time away from the spa to undergo and recover from surgery. As a result, I must cancel appointments starting on and after July 1st and will not be booking any new sessions while I heal. I deeply value your trust and support, and I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause your wellness routine.

If you have an appointment booked with me in June, this is confirmed and will still take place. My last day of work will be June 30th. Anyone who was booked in July 2026 is now cancelled.
