A study in contrast and proportion.

The front elevation of this transitional chateau establishes a commanding presence. A pristine light stone facade is sharply articulated by deep, dark window casings and a structured metal roofline. The deep arched threshold offers a formal, grounded arrival sequence, anchoring the estate to its surroundings.

A study in classical elegance.

The facade of this French-inspired estate is defined by its meticulous detailing and sculpted stone forms. Contrasting dark window casings and intricate ironwork bring sharp definition to the monumental light stone exterior.

Approaching this French estate reveals a carefully orchestrated sequence of scale and shadow. The prominent central portico and continuous arched glazing invite natural light while maintaining an imposing, structured presence. A modern interpretation of historic grandeur.

Symmetry and scale.

Project Muzich establishes its presence through rigorous proportions and a highly defined material palette. The front elevation is anchored by a soaring, double-height glass threshold, flanked by illuminated stone volumes and dark garage profiles that create a sweeping, structured arrival.

The true heart of the home.

Welcome to the kitchen of our Muzich project—a space designed just as much for high-end entertaining as it is for everyday family life. The expansive island provides an incredible gathering space, perfectly complemented by the elegant lighting and striking Gloria White natural stone. By combining warm wood tones with custom 12-foot lacquer cabinetry, this kitchen strikes the perfect balance of modern luxury and inviting warmth.

Defining the arrival sequence. 🖋️

Unveiling our latest contemporary estate, arriving soon in Cooksville. The front elevation is defined by strong horizontal planes intersecting a dramatic double-height glass atrium. Tactile light stone grounds the structure, while warm wood accents and dark metal detailing provide striking visual contrast. In the rear, the architecture frames a multi-layered outdoor sanctuary, complete with a sunken fire lounge and a seamless covered loggia.
