Last week our sweet and spicy boy Albie suffered a fall that left him needing spinal surgery. The surgery went well and he has been back home with us since Friday. It’s certainly been a challenging few days. His medical expenses are in the neighborhood of $11k which is more than we were expecting and can afford so we started a gofundme that has already helped us immensely and we’re so grateful to everyone that has helped us. Here we see experimenting with two of the most effective ways to hold a dogs head.
The first is the hand-warmer, which works best with a dog with long floppy ears. Second we see the smears. It’s a lot like smiling with your eyes, but instead you push up a dogs mouth to make it appear to be smiling while also pushing their ears closer together.
Which camp do you fall in? Smears or the hand warmer?

Saw this guy as a fully grown one and the other day while we learned about the difference between rpm and cycles per minute and it reminded me that Yaya was a lil guy before he had even started using the power ball and so all things are possible.
