Week 1 of my Asian Wellness Ritual Series ✨

For 5 days straight, I followed one of the most well-known Chinese wellness habits 👉🏼 drinking warm water first thing in the morning!

Over the next few months, I’ll be trying different Asian wellness rituals, healthy habits, and cultural practices from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and so on 🥰 one ritual per week, Monday to Friday, and sharing my honest thoughts and results.
