How do you improve your from 3.5 to 4 or in my case 4.5 to 5? means learning proper technique and skills (tennis pros please teach athletes proper grips as a start); then ensuring the skills become more automatic via meaningful practice with objectives for each session. Hire only with playing and teaching experience. Learn more in my upcoming book
