On March 28, 2026, members of our team will once again brave the cold waters to help raise funds and awareness for an incredible cause that supports athletes across Ontario.

This year, we’re aiming to make an even bigger impact, and there are two ways you can get involved.

You can join the Synergy Polar Plunge team and take the plunge with us or support the cause by donating. Every dollar raised helps strengthen programs that empower athletes and build more inclusive communities.

To help drive fundraising this year, Synergy is also offering supporters a chance to win a Toronto Blue Jays Box Seat Experience. Every dollar donated counts as an entry, giving you the opportunity to support a great cause while also having a chance to win a memorable game day experience.
