Front Desk Receptionist position. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. A passion for, or background in, technology and/or web development is a definite asset.
Some of the daily duties of the position include: answering and managing customer inquiries, keeping current tasks organized in store, maintaining office appearance, scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions. An ideal candidate will be someone who is hard-working, innovative, and friendly. This is a full-time administrative position, with opportunities to gain experience elsewhere, such as in marketing campaigns, client networking, and brand design/creation.
Preference will be given to those with a degree and/or relevant experience in technology-related industries.

• Customer-oriented; someone who is friendly and approachable
• Fluent in English, telephone/email correspondence skills a must
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
