A few details we’re excited to see coming together:

• High-performance windows and doors bringing in generous natural light
• Steady progress across interior layouts and finishes

Each stage of the build is guided by durability, efficiency, and long-term livability — with careful attention to how the building sits within the neighbourhood.

We’re on track for early 2026 leasing, with a limited collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites.
