🍩 Italian Bomboloni (Custard Doughnuts) 🇮🇹
Soft, pillowy Italian doughnuts filled with cream — rich, fluffy, and irresistibly indulgent. 🤍✨

Ingredients (serves 8–10):

• All-purpose flour: 500 g
• Milk (lukewarm): 250 ml
• Sugar: 80 g
• Butter (soft): 80 g
• Egg yolks: 3
• Fresh yeast: 20 g (or dry yeast: 7 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Oil (for frying): 1 L
• Powdered sugar (for dusting): 50 g
• Pastry cream (for filling): 300 g

Instructions:

1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar.
2️⃣ Add flour, yolks, butter, and salt.
3️⃣ Knead until smooth and elastic.
4️⃣ Let rise until doubled (1½ hours).
5️⃣ Roll out dough and cut rounds.
6️⃣ Rest 30 minutes.
7️⃣ Fry at 170°C (340°F) until golden.
8️⃣ Drain and cool slightly.
9️⃣ Fill with cream and dust with sugar. 🍩✨
