Last weekend I had the privilege to learn from some of the all time greats. and talking about training and eating for longevity. This picture Stan had said “serious faces” but we did smile that weekend . Of course this wouldn’t have been possible without a phenomenal woman and the all and mighty . So far I’ve purchased Stan’s vertical diet and plan to start it this April, as well as begun Matt’s “Wenning warm ups” for optimal structural balance. Thank you to all those there that weekend. Let the games begin. 💪🏋️‍♂️

It works by using gravity too help as fall into a curves position and breathing to help expand and restore thoracic posture . Great before warming for big lift and just moving better.
