SSIP

Steeles L’Amoreaux Strength in Partnership (SSIP) is a group of organizations and residents that works to strengthen the Steeles L’Amoreaux neighbourhood and make it a better place to live. The group was formed in 2006. Steeles L’Amoreaux is bound by Steeles Ave. to the north, Sheppard Ave. to the south, Victoria Park Ave. to the west and Kennedy Rd. to the east. SSIP has four sub-committees that focus on health, resident engagement, employment and food security. SSIP committees plan several free events through out the year which focus on engaging residents and connecting them with the resources and services in their community. These events include health fairs, farm trips, neighbourhood walks, annual community speak and much more!
