Sometimes itโs subtle.
Your patient isnโt quite themselves today. Quieter. Less engaged. Something feels off.
Vitals look fine. A colleague shrugs: โThatโs just their dementia.โ
But you know better. Real clinical readiness isnโt about the numbersโitโs about noticing whatโs changed from their baseline.
Assess. Ask questions. Escalate. Document. Early recognition can be the intervention that saves a patient. ๐ง
Have you ever caught something important because you noticed a subtle change? Comment your experience ๐

Did you know nurses could pursue psychotherapy? ๐ค๐ญ
Did you know that your clinical background may position you for a role in psychotherapy and mental health practice?
On June 18th we are hosting a virtual workshop specifically for nurses who are curious about psychotherapy. What it looks like. What the pathways are. How much additional training is actually required. And what building a private practice as a nurse psychotherapist could look like.
Our guest facilitator is Emma Isai. RN. Registered Nurse Psychotherapist. She has built this path and she is coming to walk you through it!
This one is for the nurses who have been sitting with the question.

When a learner walks out of a session feeling genuinely ready, that is everything.
โญ๏ธ Not just prepared on paper. Actually ready. Confident in their hands, their instincts, and their ability to show up for their patients.
That is what we are building here, one session at a time.
