▪️I legit love bone in pork chops, especially for grilling. They're super affordable and so easy to throw over a flame.

▪️This marinade makes grilling pork chops basically effortless. It's a blend of salty, sweet, sour, and savoury ingredients that absolutely transforms meat.

I don't just use this marinade for pork. You know those really affordable "grilling steaks" "tenderized steaks" "fast fry steaks" usually they're really thin. Those are just off cuts and trimmings of prime cuts. They are super budget friendly, but lupine not going to be able to achieve a medium rare on paper thin cuts of beef. This marinade is PERFECT for those, I may even do a video with them.

Here's the marinade recipe ⬇️

1/4 cup neutral oil
1 tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp red wine vin
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp wochestershire
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp relish
1/4 pickle juice
1 tbsp dried or fresh thyme

This is one of my very first original recipes from when I first started cooking seriously. The flavour combo sorta just CAME to me one day. I've used this glaze 1000 times, and I hope you do to!

•1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
•2 tbsp ground mustard
•1 tbsp horseradish
•1/4 cup honey
•zest and juice from half of a lemon

♨️ Glaze & Bake

Mix half of the dill with mustard, honey, horseradish, and lemon zest.

Spoon or brush onto the seasoned flesh side of your salmon. Try not to brush all the way to the edge of the filet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 450F. Broil for 2 minutes for extra caramelization.

Finish with lemon juice and the rest of your fresh dill.

🔲 Crispy Skin Pan Sauce

Mix half of the dill with mustard, honey, horseradish, and lemon zest.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and lay salmon skin side down once the oil is shimmering. Allow skin to sear undisturbed for 2-5 minutes.

Once the flesh has changed colour about half way up the flip and finish cooking to your liking. Remove salmon and set aside, skin side up.

Deglaze with a splash of white wine and allow the alcohol to cook away. Ass glaze to the pan and stir for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and emulsify a few cubes of cold butter.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and the rest of your fresh dill. Pour onto a plate and place salmon flesh side down. Enjoy!

Viral recipes with quail eggs pt. 8

I have gone through some of the most viral eggy recipes on social media! I'm gonna SPRING CREEK-IFY them and try em’ out! 📱🪺

Next, crispy, buttery, fried mortadella with quail eggs! Yum!!!

Here's the recipe⬇️

Crispy Mortadella & Quail Eggs

Basil Mayo
⅓ cup basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup mayo
Blitz mayo with olive oil and fold in mayo. Set aside.

Crispy Mortadella and Quail Eggs
300g mortadella
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Few springs of rosemary
6 Spring Creek Quail Eggs
Ribbon slices of mortadella on 4, 6” skewers.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, butter, and rosemary.
Fry mortadella skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and carmalized. Monitor heat and reduce/increase as necessary. Remove mortadella and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium low and gently fry quail eggs in the same butter that the mortadella was cooked in. By this point the butter should be brown and fragrant.

Assembly
2 focaccia buns, toasted
½ cup pecorino, shredded
2 tbsp honey
Slather focaccia with basil mayo. Remove mortadella from skewers and place on the sandwiches. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle pecorino, and top with quail eggs! Enjoy!

Next, these super viral onion breakfast dunkers with quail eggs!

Here's the recipe⬇️

Quail egg onion dunkers

Ingredients:
8-10 Spring Creek quail eggs, beaten and poured into a squeeze bottle
8-10 thick rings of raw white onion
½ cup shredded cheese
30-50 grams of salami, sliced

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium high heat and place onion rings down, spaced evenly apart. Cook in batches if necessary.
Fill each onion ring with beaten spring creek quail eggs, cheese, and salami.
Fry on 1 side for about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.
Serve with salsa for dunking! Enjoy!
