Conflict is a part of every relationship but how we handle it can either bring us closer or push us apart. Instead of approaching conflict with a ‘win or lose’ mindset or avoiding it altogether, collaboration allows us to work through challenges together.
This means listening with an open mind, valuing our partner’s perspective and finding solutions that strengthen our connection.
When we shift from ‘me vs. you’ to ‘us vs. the problem’ we create space for growth, trust and deeper understanding.

Last weeks post was about the benefits of mindfulness, but this week we're going to explore ways we can practice it in our every day lives.
There is no one-size fits all for mindfulness exercises. For some people being mindful can look like moments of silence and meditation, and for others it can look like taking a walk or listening to their favourite song. It's ok to try out different types of mindful activities until you find the ones that work best for you.
There are so many more ways to practice mindfulness than what is just in this post.
