Construction continues to progress at Cielo Condos in a snowy Toronto, with the Level 28 concrete pour underway, structural work advancing through Level 29, and cladding installation underway.

Designed by KPMB Architects, the 34-storey building is located in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood, providing new homes in the heart of the city.

We were thrilled to join in welcoming ten families to their new homes at Collecdev Markee’s Nordic Condos.

This partnership, one of Habitat for Humanity GTA’s largest to date, delivered ten affordable homeownership homes, creating opportunities for families to put down roots and build long-term stability.

As we mark today, we’re reminded of the importance of a safe, stable home and the difference we can make when we work together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Canada Builds Modular Summit! The energy and shared commitment to reimagine how we deliver housing in Canada left us inspired and optimistic about what’s ahead.

Last Friday we celebrated breaking ground at 275 Merton Street alongside Mayor Olivia Chow and our partners at CreateTO.

Together, Collecdev Markee and are delivering 500 new rental homes in Toronto’s Davisville Village, 30% of which will be affordable. Designed by award-winning Toronto-based firm 275 Merton exemplifies the power of public–private partnership in tackling Toronto’s housing challenges.

We’re excited to share that a number of our team members will be speaking at the Canada Builds Modular Summit this Thursday!

At Collecdev Markee, we’re advancing solutions to make housing delivery faster, more sustainable, and more affordable.

Modular is one of the most promising tools to get us there, and we look forward to exploring how to scale it alongside industry peers and collaborators next week.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the opening of Milton Berger Park with gelato, face painting, live music, and more than 500 community members in attendance!

Formerly known as Tippett Park, this new space has been renamed in honour of Milton Berger — a Holocaust survivor, immigrant to Canada, and long-serving North York councillor.
