HYDRATION WEEK, BUT MAKE IT FUN 💧
This Friday, June 19, we’re bringing the 8-Week Challenge energy into all of our Cardio U sessions with an Anything But a Water Bottle class.
Our challenge focus this week is hydration, and challengers will have the opportunity to earn points for their teams by bringing in their most creative hydration vessel.
Not participating in the challenge? You are absolutely welcome to join in.
Bring your fancy, fun, creative, or completely unexpected drinking vessel with you into class and let’s see what this community comes up with.
The only rule: no glass on the training floor. Safety first. Creativity encouraged.

Stress can pull us away from our goals — mindfulness helps bring us back to them.
As we move through the 8-Week Challenge, remember that progress is not just built in the gym. It is also built in the moments where we pause, breathe, reset, and choose to keep showing up.
Mindfulness helps us stay focused, respond to setbacks with more resilience, and stay connected to the bigger reason we started.
This week, swap stress for presence. Take a breath. Refocus. Keep moving forward.

🔥 THIS WEEK AT BFT EASTERN 🔥
We’ve got a big week of training ahead, and every session has a purpose.
Monday kicks off with HIIT — high-intensity efforts under fatigue, challenging you to sustain output and recover quickly.
Tuesday brings Hyper Upper Body, where tempo and control take centre stage. Expect slower reps, stronger positions, and serious time under tension.
Wednesday is Podium — competition-style training where effort, strategy, and ex*****on all matter. Bring the energy and chase your scores.
Thursday’s Mixed Strength session focuses on quality primary lifts, including DB bench press and barbell front squat, with tempo reps to build control and strength.
Friday we move into Cardio U, developing aerobic capacity through steady, consistent output and smart pacing.
Saturday closes the week with HIRT Lower Body — strength meets conditioning with a lower-body focus, challenging you to maintain power and movement quality under fatigue.
Every workout this week is designed to help you move better, build strength, improve your engine, and keep progressing.

We’re looking for energetic, community-minded people to join our BFT Eastern Energy Exchange Program!
Our Energy Exchange team primarily supports with studio maintenance for 4 hours per week in exchange for unlimited access to the club, our training program, expert coaching, and an incredible community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being part of a team, takes pride in keeping the studio looking and feeling its best, and wants to be more involved in the BFT Eastern community.
A minimum 3-month commitment is required.

8WC Weekly Focus: Sleep = Your Key to Success 💤
You can train hard, fuel well, and show up consistently — but if you are not prioritizing sleep, you are leaving results on the table.
Sleep is your recovery superpower. It is when your body repairs, your muscles rebuild, your hormones regulate, your energy restores, and your mind resets.
This week, we are challenging you to treat sleep like part of your training plan — because it is.
Aim for:
🌙 A consistent bedtime
📵 Less screen time before bed
☕ Earlier caffeine cut-off
🛏️ A calm wind-down routine
⏰ 7–9 hours where possible
Progress does not just happen in the studio. It happens when you recover well enough to come back stronger.
