YAIās Central Park Challenge (CPC) puts the FUN in fundraiser! And this year, itās their 40th anniversary!!
CPC is New Yorkās biggest celebration of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and itās taking place on May 30th, from 8am to 12pm in Central Park! The event is FREE and you definitely donāt want to miss it!
YAI is an organization that makes sure people with disabilities donāt just exist, they THRIVE! And the Central Park Challenge is basically a giant party celebrating them! Weāre talking a 3K walk, games, live performances, and the BEST vibes all around!
My favorite part? All the money raised helps fund YAIās services and so they can keep changing the lives of people with disabilities for the better!
Head to CentralParkChallenge.org or go to the link in their bio to learn more about the big day. And if you canāt make it, you can still show your support by donating to their cause!!
I really hope you join YAI there. Itās going to be an EPIC time, I promise!! ā¤ļø

Happy Motherās Day to my fun, fierce, and absolutely iconic mom. My best friend, my biggest cheerleader for life, and the person who has shaped me into who I am today.
When I was born, doctors filled your world with a lot of negativity. They told you all the things I might not do and all the ways my life could be limited.
But you didnāt listen. You chose me without hesitation.
From day one, you saw something bigger for my life, even when others couldnāt. You raised me to believe in myself, to take up space, to go after my dreams, and to never let anyone else decide what Iām capable of.
Youāve encouraged me, supported me, challenged me, and cheered me on every step of the way. You believe in me even when I have a hard time believing in myself. And because of you, Iāve built the confidence I need to stand on my own.
You show up every single day, not just for me, but for everyone in your life. Your love and your strength is everything to us.
You give so much of yourself to the people around you, and today is all about celebrating you and the amazing woman you are.
I truly wouldnāt be who I am today without you to look up to and guide me in my life, and of course⦠in fashion too!!
Iām beyond lucky and so thankful to have such an amazing mom in my corner! And such an epic closet to steal all my most favorite outfits from!!
Everything I am and everything Iām becoming is because you never doubted me. So of course itās my mission to make sure you never doubt how loved and appreciated you are!
Cheers to celebrating you, today and everyday!
Love you forever ā¤ļø

Story time! When I found out we were going to be filming some episodes of the podcast at The Plaza Hotel, I scrolled through their Instagram and found the CUTEST photo inspo! It was a woman jumping on the bed in one of their gorgeous rooms. I showed my team and we decided we absolutely had to recreate it!!
So after a long day of work, we all decompressed with a fun little photoshoot moment!! I think we crushed it š Thanks so much for capturing Kath!
This weekās bonus episode is officially live and I canāt wait for you to get in on the conversation! Watch or listen here: https://linktr.ee/21questionspodcast ā¤ļø

Our differences donāt define us. But the longer we allow stereotypes to exist, the more we stay boxed in by societyās limitations!
Itās time to break down the walls that separate us and start building bridges to connect us instead!
Because letās be honest, weāre all people at the end of the day! We all have our own likes and dislikes, our own strengths, goals, and dreams.
And no matter what our differences, we ALL deserve opportunities to live our best lives and thrive!!
Iāve had to deal with people assuming I canāt for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, it was hard not to let those assumptions get in my head. Thankfully, my family, friends, and support system always pushed me to try anyways. They believed in me, even when I had a hard time believing in myself. And with every challenge I overcame, my confidence grew, giving me a little extra for the next dream I wanted to chase!
I wouldnāt be where I am today if I had listened to the people who doubted me. And I couldnāt be more thankful that I didnāt! Now, when I hear āyou canāt,ā I say, āI can, and I will!ā Just like my mom always taught me ā¤ļø
No matter what our differences are, I think we all go through this in our own ways. Whether itās people around us, or our own self talk, I hope this post reminds us to do the thing anyways! Keep chasing those dreams and proving people wrong! Weāre all capable of so much more than we realize ā¤ļø
I LOVE getting to mix up custom 21 Questions mocktails with the bartenders at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. They know how to make something that feels SO me. This spritz was made at The Fairmont Century Plaza in LA after my epic interviews with Kam Saunders and Mae Martin!! Spending the night at their bar collaborating and celebrating really was the best ending to a perfect shoot!! Get the official recipe below and let me know if you're going to try it in the comments!

Disabilities donāt define us! They just give us a different perspective on the world. And I happen to think that should be celebrated ā¤ļø
