SimMattically just released the Immersive World Map Mod, and it literally stitches every single world together into one massive, continuous globe🌎
Instead of clicking through random menus, everything is laid out like actual continents based on climate and culture.
The mod includes:
✨️Faster load times: It cuts the transition fade time into neighborhoods straight in half.
✨️Active family pin: A toggleable marker shows exactly where your current household lives.
✨️Batuu toggle: You can completely hide the Star Wars portal
The best part is that it is completely base-game compatible, so you do not need to own all the packs for it to work!🎉 It is also safe to use alongside major UI mods like UI Cheats.

There's no set date for the public release but on Patreon SimMattically states they aim to release their mods to the public within a month or two🤞

⏳️Faster Loading Screen Times Are Here!!⏳️
The Sims 4 has made some recent changes to the start up loading screen times. Recent startups had loading screens taking quite some time to finish.
After the most recent adjustment, Simmers will only experience a long wait on the first load, all loading screens (including the first startup load) followed will load and transions will be improvingly faster!!✨️
This applies to all loading screens such as between lots, worlds, home screen, etc.
