At Media Profile, we aspire to create an empathetic working environment that respects and accommodates the challenges of work and personal lives, while providing thoughtful and appropriate support strategies for our team members.

At , giving back is part of who we are.

Through our iMPact program, every team member gets two paid days off each year to volunteer for a cause they care about.

This summer, we used ours to trade keyboards for cutting boards. We washed, chopped and prepped ingredients for the meal program, which distributes 5,000 - 6,000 meals each week across Toronto.

Whether through our client work or volunteer efforts, we are proud to support mission to fight hunger and help build stronger, more caring communities.

There’s been a lot of buzz lately about creators not disclosing when they’ve been paid for content. Whether this is an oversight or an intentional request on the part of the brand or agency, transparency isn’t optional. (If a potential partner asks you not to disclose, RUN.)

Paid? Gifted? Sponsored? Say so. Your audience will thank you. Your partners will avoid a lawsuit. And your authentic, trust-inspiring reputation will remain intact. 

The tea: it’s not the partnership tags hurting reach, it’s the quality of the content. We said what we said.
