Today marks an incredible milestone - one year since I took the leap and opened arPhysio full time. Reflecting on this journey fills me with immense gratitude and joy.

What started as a dream to help people recover and thrive has turned into a thriving community of resilient and inspiring individuals. Over the past year, I’ve had the honor of working with so many dedicated clients, guiding them through personalized treatments, celebrating their victories, and supporting them through challenges. Your trust and determination have been the heart and soul of arPhysio.

To my amazing clients: Thank you for believing in me and allowing me to be a part of your recovery journey. Your progress and achievements are my greatest rewards. Whether it’s seeing you walk pain-free, regain your strength, or simply enjoy life to the fullest, each moment has been a testament to your hard work and perseverance.

To my family, friends, and mentors: Your unwavering support and encouragement have been my foundation. Your faith in my vision has kept me motivated and focused, especially during the challenging times.

Can’t quite call it a restful vacation when travelling with kids. It’s just more parenting, but in another country.
Despite it not being relaxing in the sense of lying on a beach with a drink in hand and book in the other, it allows the mind to get off what’s normally on it 24/7 otherwise.
When you own your own business, it’s not easy to take time off work to relax. But we ALL need to take a break, sometimes more than we think.
