At Cyclica, we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of discovery to address the complexity of the disease.

In collaboration with The Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC), we explored the low data target, DCAF-1, resulting in the first disclosed co-crystallized structure. DCAF-1 is a key component in proteasomal degradation, with a novel ligand to support targeted therapeutics discovery.
