Yup, it's true, I've moved over to Sotheby's. Most of you have already seen the posts about it, so I'm not going to drone on about it. Yes, Sotheby's has quite a reputation, and yes, part of me joined Sotheby's because of that reputation, but the bigger part of me joined for what I see they're building. I moved because there were already some great agents I knew from past experience working there, and I moved because when I met some of the agents I hadn't previous worked with I instantly knew this is where I wanted to be. Smart, insightful, knowledgeable and not sales-y. No gimmicks, just brains....yes please. So there you have it, no BS and a world class reputation, works for me....and now I work for them.

Ok why am I posting this vibrant lease? Because it was a slog! Client wanted what the client wanted, we saw a great many place, but perseverance paid off! It's crucial to be patient and to stick to your guns, if you think it isn't 100%, then damn it wait until it is. Together we'll find it! So this picture is factually accurate, because this is what it felt like when we found the absolute gem of a lease. We also had a lot of fun doing it too. Side note; when was the last time you listened to Cat Stevens Wild World? Long time ago? Never? Do yourself a favour, I challenge you. Go put it on loud, right now, sing with it, it's fun as hell and you'll feel great I promise.

Hey Folks, it's been a while. So #46 happened, and don't it feel good. Feels like we've taken a step back from the edge of madness doesn't it? I apologize for the long delay, but you know, kind of re-aligned my schedule, daily life, life in general, all life on the planet. I've been out there, keeping busy, and there is still a great market out there too.
