empowerment of young women in Toronto, aged 11-18, through the use of interactive outreach education on self-esteem and interpersonal skills.

we would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, and most recently, the territory of the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation. The territory was the subject of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Iroquois Confederacy and the Ojibwe and allied nations to peaceably share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Today, the meeting place of Toronto is still the home of many Indigenous people, and we are grateful to work in the community and on this territory. Inner Development Project believes that everyone can benefit from participating in our workshops, however, our current programming is designed for girls, women and folks who are non-binary but relate to the experiences of women. Gender neutral programming is under construction.
