GREAT question, I'm glad you asked😜.

Creativity comes when you take a step back and enjoy your life. I always like to say, a Sunday well spent is a week’s worth of content. Not because you're writing content on a Sunday, but because you're taking time to do the things you enjoy and ⚡ recharge.

Something I LOVE to encourage my clients + free community to do is mass produce content when they are in a 💫 creative space and keep a “post bank” full of your thoughts.

You’re probably thinking WTF is a Post Bank💸.

PICTURE THIS:

✨You're driving in the car and a thought pops into your head. You pull over and make yourself a quick voice memo that you can turn into a post later.

💥You’re walking through the woods and you get a great idea, jot it down in your notes on your phone.

✨If you're like me and ideas pop into your head as you're drifting off to sleep, make sure to type them out before they get lost in your dreams.

A Post Bank 💸 is a notes file in your phone (or on your computer) where you store your posts.

When creativity strikes, take FULL advantage of it, because it isn't going to happen ALL the time, believe me, I know!

👉What is the secret to success?

I get asked all the time, “what is the secret to your success.”

My answer is, there is no secret🤯!

Similar to the fitness industry, people believe that there is a secret key or secret diet or secret pill to losing weight or feeling good about themselves.

That isn’t at all the case.

We all know that {for most people} it is about doing the inner work, being dedicated to eating healthy and moving your body in a way that feels good.

The same goes for building a successful business.

Success looks differently on everyone.

❌It isn’t about doing it the same way as anyone else.

✔️It is about showing up as your true and authentic self.

Following your intuition and being okay with making mistakes.

Your journey will be different from everyone else in your industries because your values are different, your ideals are different, your niche is different.

What success looks like for me may be COMPLETELY different to what success looks like for you.

For me, success looks like…

✨Building genuine connections with women who have high standards for themselves.

✨Networking with next level entrepreurs who are willing to do whatever it takes to become a trailblazer.

✨Travelling whenever, wherever and however I want.

✨Creating my own rule book of how I run my business, doing it in a way that feels good to me.

✨ 𝐈𝐓 𝐆𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐌𝐒 - Instagram isn't just about pretty pictures, it is about building genuine relationships with your audience members. The algorithm shows your content to people they believe to be your friends. Sending direct messages counts as engagement. Not only that, but you will deepen your connection with your audience members allowing them the time they need to get to know you, decide if they like you and in turn want to buy from you.

✨ 𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒 – Think of shares as free advertisement. When someone sends your post to their stories or directly to a friend, they are broadening your reach and introducing you to a new audience. As more people are introduced to your content it signals to the algorithm that it needs to push this post out to more people.

✨ 𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓 – When someone saves your post, it signals to the algorithm that this post is valuable and should show it to more people. When someone saves a post it means that they found the information you provided either helpful, entertaining or inspiring.

✨ 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 – Anytime someone comments on your post, you should be responding back to them with a genuine response. Not only does this double your engagement, it also builds genuine connections with your audience members and makes them feel valued.

✨𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐀𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄– Likes still count as engagement, they are considered the lowest value on the totem pole because they do not further the connection with your audience. That being said, it does still signal to the algorithm that people enjoy what you posted and will continue to show it to more people.

Truthfully, I use to not give it much thought😥...
