Our Story

Collin Richard Young comes to condominium investing with a solid industry background, a synergistic life partnership and plenty of firsthand experience. After graduating with a 5-year post-secondary degree in the arts, Collin ran a graphic design business through which he compiled government tenders. Armed with this knowledge, he ventured into new condominium real estate, discovered a new passion and worked his way to becoming a Platinum Sales Representative with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Prestige.

Collin has amassed a comprehensive overview of what is happening in Toronto’s condominium market through this experience and his marriage to Linda Mitchell Young. A longtime industry professional, Linda has held positions in every aspect of the real estate development industry, and has worked on more than 70 residential and mixed-use condominiums over the years.

Their combined knowledge bases and experience creates a solid foundation upon which Collin is amply qualified to advise clients about investing. In addition, this couple puts their money where their mouth is: they have purchased three pre-construction condo suites (one in Florida). They rent out two of the units, so they are intimately familiar with being landlords.
