What a room. Clinicians from a diverse practices, all bringing different caseloads and a LOT of great questions. The curiosity this weekend pushed every discussion deeper than the slides.
Big thanks to everyone who spent their weekend learning, palpating and problem-solving together. Your jaw patients are lucky to have you.
Special shout-out to our Lifemark clinicians, who made up nearly half the room this weekend! Reminder: Lifemark team members get preferred pricing on all Level Up courses. 🙌

What an incredible weekend. 🙌
This past weekend, we welcomed a passionate group of clinicians to Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy: The Practice-Ready Intensive and spent two days learning, practicing, and growing together.
From pelvic floor assessment and internal examination skills to clinical reasoning for incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and male pelvic health, participants dove into the foundations of pelvic health with curiosity and enthusiasm.
One of our favourite parts of every course is watching confidence grow, from feeling uncertain at the beginning of the weekend to leaving with practical skills that can be applied immediately in practice.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, asked great questions, participated fully in the labs, and helped create such a positive learning environment.
The future of pelvic health is bright. 💜

One of the biggest misconceptions in physiotherapy is that pelvic health exists separately from the rest of the body.
It doesn’t.
The pelvic floor influences:
• Breathing
• Core control
• Hip function
• Low back pain
• Pressure management
• Sexual function
• Continence and so much more.
Yet many clinicians never feel adequately trained to assess it confidently.
That’s where this course comes in.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy: The Practice-Ready Intensive was designed to make pelvic health feel less overwhelming and more clinically applicable from day 1️⃣.
A practical, hands-on intensive for clinicians ready to expand the way they assess, reason, and treat.

🗣️ You’ve heard from the clinicians, now hear from the patients.
FIMS isn’t just changing how physios treat, it’s changing how patients feel about their recovery.
Many patients report noticeable improvement after just one session. And that shift?
It builds trust. It builds momentum.
No more:
“I’ll call to book.”
“I’ll wait and see how it feels.”
Instead, they’re all in- committed, motivated, and ready to do the work.
That’s the difference when you treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.
