Starting July 2, 2026, Quebec will reopen the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ), one of the fastest pathways to permanent residence for French-speaking international graduates and workers.

📌 What you need to know:

✅ First intake period: July 2 – October 31, 2026
✅ No cap on applications during the first intake
