Britt's 30th Birthday

Instead of a stuffy, bridal style engagement party, Liana wanted a bright, fun, Mexican themed jam. Alex, an avid backyard smoker (addmittedly a cheater with a pellet grill) got what he wanted with some awesome Texas-style BBQ.

We went all-in on the Mexican theme with the appies, whipping up some two-bite elotes (grilled Mexican street corn), al pastor sopas and mini short rib burritos!

I don't think we'll ever find a venue that fits our style as well as Sagewood Farm. The owners of the venue have a real eye for the details! From the classic cars to the mismatched antique tableware to the wedding camp, Sagewood Farms is absolutely stunning. We can't wait for the weddings we'll be catering there over the next few years!

Bachelor Party Catering by Stoke Stack Barbecue! We kicked off our 2015 catering season with a great group of guys. Mike and 20 of his friends threw a wild bachelor party for their friend Alec at a mansion ...

Couldn't have started our 2015 catering season any better! Mike and his friends surprised their buddy Alec with a Texas Barbecue feast for his bachelor party. The neighbours could have been better (Rosedale, go figure), but at least the cops let us keep the smoke rollin'. Congratulations Alec!
