... respite amid the noise and haste. The Life Loft is the name of my former business in Toronto. I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2007.

I now live and work primarily in Peterborough, Ontario in private practice. I love my new location and look forward to serving this community. Prior to that I worked as a yoga instructor, yoga teacher trainer and did other massage work such as Craniosacral therapy and Ayurvedic Massage for 20 years.
