Strength isn’t always about where you begin… it’s about the commitment to keep showing up.

When we started the Strongman Friday class, Alana never believed she could flip the 400 lbs tire on her own. We had her pair up with someone to do assisted reps and slowly having her partner help less each week. She also came to our regular strength training sessions 2 times per week building on her squats, deadlifts and general upper body strength.

Last week her consistency paid off in a big way and Alana flipped the 400 lbs tire on her first attempt! Not because it was easy, but because she earned it. Proof that dedication, patience, and hard work goes a long way when building strength.
